Cooling and heating systems seem to always break down when you need them the most...when it is the hottest or the coldest.  This is because your system is working harder to keep up with the extreme temperatures outside. 

Regular check-ups will help your system to last longer and will maximize the life of your system, however normal wear and tear can still cause you to have occasional problems.

Our Service Agreement includes:

• 2 Performance Tune-ups per Year - This enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible and saves you money on your monthly utility bills.  Regular check-ups also help us catch problems before they lead to bigger problems, like burnt wires or freon leaks, which can lead to motor failure.  Contact us for a review of our Performance Tune-up Checklist.
  
• 24-hour Priority Service is available 365 Days a Year - McDonald's Plumbing will be there if you have an emergency!  Program customers will get a technician to your home within 24 hours of calling us.
  
• 15% Off Replacement Parts - Example:  If the cost of a motor replacement is $400, you would save $60 on the repair.
  
• Parts & Labor Warranty - Our labor services are warranted for 30 days.  If you have problems within 30 days of our service, there will be no charge for us to come back out and diagnose the problem. 
  
• Energy Saving Coil Cleaning - Dirty coils cause reduced efficiency and causes your unit to work harder.  This causes parts to wear out faster, will shorten the life of your unit and will cause your utility bills to increase.  1/10th of a centimeter of dire or dust could reduce the efficiency by 21% (based on a test by the EPA). 
  
• 15% Off Repair Labor Parts - Our discounts save you money.  We are able to repair 99% of calls on the first visit due to our trucks being fully stocked.
