All air conditioners are not alike. The (SEER) or Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating on air conditioners can vary widely. The higher the SEER number the more money you save on electricity. The current EPA minimum standard on air conditioners is 13 SEER and uses 23% less energy than a 10 SEER unit, which was the standard unit until January of 2006. We offer air conditioners from 13 SEER to 20 SEERs.
To improve the comfort level of your home and additional energy savings we also offer air conditioners that have advanced features, such as 2-stage compressors and variable speed fan operation.

Heat pumps provide both heating and cooling and therefore are a great home comfort system. Heat pumps have SEERs just like air conditioners and also have HSPF or Heating Seasonal Performance Factor ratings, which measure heat efficiency. The higher the SEER and HSPF the greater the energy savings.
Heat pumps are an efficient alternative to electric heat. A heat pump works the same as an air conditioner, except it runs in reverse in the winter to heat your home instead of cooling it. A backup heating source, most often electric heat is matched up with this system for extremely cold winter days.
To improve the comfort level of your home and additional energy savings heat pumps also have advanced features, such as 2-stage compressors and variable speed fan operation.

A fan coil includes the fan and the heating/cooling coil of a heat pump system. Each fan coil is designed for a particlular refrigerant and must be matched with the air conditioner or heat pump.
We offer fan coils with multi-speed and variable features to provide indoor comfort by slowly ramping up rather than turning on at full speed. The 'cold air blow' that is often associated with single speed fan coils is eliminated and noise is reduced dramatically.

Did you know that you can save up to 50% in costs with a new high-efficiency furnace compared to your 10-year old furnace? Furnaces sold in the U.S. today must have a minimum AFUE rating of 80%. Older furnaces from 1990 and earlier have AFUE ratings of 65% or less.
We sell products with 80% AFUE ratings to 96.6% AFUE ratings. Higher AFUE ratings can reduce your gas bill significantly.

#2 fuel oil is burned in oil furnaces in a sealed chamber to heat an exchanger and carry an AFUE rating starting at 80% just like gas furnaces.

We offer a complete line of packaged systems:
- Packaged Air Conditioners
- Packaged Gas Furances & Air Conditioners
- Packaged Heat Pumps
- Packaged Hybrid Heat
These systems are mounted on the ground or roof and ducted into the house. These packages carry SEER, AFUE and HSPF ratings also. You save more money and get more efficiency with a higher rating. Our offering includes quiet operation, variable speed fans and 2-stage compressors.

A Hybrid Heat system gives you the benefits of intelligent control for gas and electric that automatically reacts to the changing conditions. With traditional systems you had to use less to save more.
It doesn't matter what the temperature is outside, a Hybrid Heat system will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer automatically and will save you money all year long.
We match a heat pump unit with a natural gas furnace to design a Hybrid Heat system for your home. Contact Us to see how you can save money and energy.

Did you know the Earth absorbs 50% of solar energy and remains at a constant temperature of 50º to 70° depending on location? This constant temperature is used by a Geothermal unit for heating and cooling your home.
You can save up to 60% energy compared to your traditional system. There is no flame, flue, odor or loud outdoor equipment with a Geothermal System. A single compact unit handles air conditioning, heating and hot water.

If hot water radiators are located in each room of your house, you have a boiler that heats the water. Boilers have an AFUE or Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency rating just like furances. Boilers manufactured in 1992 and earlier must have an 80% AFUE rating. We offer gas and oil boilers with AFUE ratings of 80% up to 99%.
Unit Heaters
Do you have an area that you wish was warmer? If you have a detached garage, a workshop or a studio you might want to consider purchasing a Unit Heater. Your car will warm up faster if the area that it's parked is already warm, and you can work more comfortably in your workshop or studio when the winter weather hits. A Unit Heater gently warms the air in the building making it useful and comfortable year-round.
